Non-Surgical Facelift (Liquid Facelift) and Shaping

Non-Surgical Facelift / Reshaping (Liquid Facelift)

A Non-Surgical Facelift uses a combination of dermal fillers and Botox to address volume loss and etched lines. When strategically placed, dermal fillers and Botox can enhance, correct, lift, and rejuvenate the face. It is no secret replacing lost volume in various areas of the face (temples, cheeks, lateral areas of the face, chin, jawline, brows) oftentimes yields more “youthful” results than a traditional facelift.

To address other aspects of aging, such as sun damage, tone, texture, vascular and pigment issues, lasers, micro-needling, and chemical peels may be necessary. These therapies also induce collagen and elastin production to improve skin quality, appearance, and health.

Non-Surgical Face Shaping/Correction

Dermal fillers can be used to instantly alter and shape a patient’s nose, chin, jawline, facial shape – without surgery, without downtime.

To create the most naturally attractive and youthful version of a patient using dermal fillers, facial proportion must be assessed and addressed.

(FYI:  The golden ratio, or phi proportions, is inarguably the best guideline for filler treatments. Many studies show the closer to this ratio, the more perceptibly beautiful a face becomes.)

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Using dermal fillers to correct or re-shape a nose.

Non-Surgical Chin Augmentation + Jawline Shaping

Using dermal fillers to correct chin imbalance or weak chin. The chin has more of an impact on general facial attractiveness than many realize. For instance, chin correction can elongate the neck, improve the profile, create better facial balance, and sculpt the jawline.

With fillers, a strong, square, distinctly masculine jawline can be shaped for our males patients. Watch this technique for male facial sculpting: https://youtu.be/y0oyugxnE8Y

Generally, female patients prefer a softer, more oval and fluid shape to the jawline than square – this easily can be accomplished in the hands of an artful injector. Jawline enhancement is a popular follow-up treatment post-Kybella.

Temple Hollows

One of the most overlooked areas of volume loss, and an area, when depressed, which is associated with aging and poor health.  Filling in temple hollows provides a smoother, more youthful facial shape, softens appearance of “crow’s feet,” and can help with brow positioning.

Eye Hollows

One of the main reasons patients are compelled to seek help from a cosmetic dermatologist – eye hollows or under eye depressions. Eye hollows make us look old and tired. The “hollows” generally are caused by fat loss in the upper and lower lids and upper cheek areas. Add to this fat loss, the thinning of skin around eyes, veins may become more visible, causing a blue-ish or “bruised” appearance.

The remedy: fillers, retinoids, and Epionce Eye Cream (proven to increase dermal density by 20% in 4 months). When expertly injected, fillers instantly replace lost volume and restore youthful fullness under eyes. Over time, retinoids thicken the dermis, masking visible veins and capillaries.

Earlobe Repair

With age, even earlobes are affected. They become “stretched” over time – longer and thinner with loss of elasticity and volume. Studs droop. Original pierced holes become long slits. A little filler can help plump and lift the lobes. Filler also can make earring holes smaller.
